FLOW MOVEMENT
This residence for a 5 - member family was developed in an area of low - rise buildings, mainly residences, on a 20 x 25 m square site; the northern site of the plot faces the road. The residence is articulated in a linear way along the site’s building line and along the road, setting boundaries between the private life, the neighbourhood and the road. The building has two sides with different mentalities. One side has an introverted attitude in which the residence is "blind" towards the "outside", opening onto an internal courtyard. On the other side, large aluminum apertures are placed on the inner side of the "peripheral wall", providing a full view of the site, the spaces and the pool.In this way, the dining, kitchen and courtyard areas all become one and open up towardsthe south. The south - facing exterior space is subdivided into three distinct areas: a shaded area (with the help of a light pergola) that becomes an extension of the kitchen, the pool and the planted area adjacent to the living room. All these activities are gathered in the southern part of the plot, away from the boundaries of the road.
